Cathleen Hoffman, MD

Dr. Cathleen Hoffman is a skilled physician specializing in wound care at Wound Evolution since 2024. She is board certified in wound care as a Post Acute Surgical & Wound Care Specialist (PASWS) and has been a dedicated wound care specialist since 2016. Dr. Hoffman completed her medical training at the University of Texas at Houston Medical School and later pursued a Post Acute Surgical & Wound Care Fellowship through the College of Long Term Care. Since 2017, she has been teaching wound care to physicians and physician assistants, sharing her expertise with the next generation of healthcare providers. Dr. Hoffman is committed to providing advanced, compassionate care for patients with complex wounds.
